The global asset management industry's digital transformation trend is driving the deep application of fintech in investment decision-making processes. This paper explores the technological pathways through which fintech is reshaping investment decisions, analyzing the innovative application of core technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence in the decision-making phase. Research indicates that technological restructuring significantly enhances decision accuracy and operational efficiency, yet also faces challenges including model interpretability and data compliance. Future industry development will advance toward human-machine collaboration and ESG intelligence, propelling the digital transformation of asset management.
